Refund or replacement and return policy:
Family Garden understands the importance of a return and refund policy when it comes to online purchases, but to avoid misuse and to evade fraudulent activities we are following the following return and refund rules
1. Returns & replacement policy is accepted when the item delivered is damaged or different from what you ordered.
2. We expect the return request to be raised at the time of delivery or a maximum of 3 hours as they are perishable items.
3. Items should be in their original position and packaging
4. Replacement or refund is issued only after 48hrs after a thorough analysis of the credibility of the request and the condition of the product returned.
5. Replacement of the same product is only allowed no other products in the same price or things.
6. Refund for the amount it is purchased reducing the delivery cost if any will be given if the request is proven valid.
7. Orders once accepted cannot be canceled.
