It also has vitamin B1, 2, 3,6,12, C proteins, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, Selenium, and folate. Polysaccharides present in mushrooms have anti-tumor or cancer-fighting properties. The mild flavor in these mushrooms makes them pair well with many dishes.
